We can do anything from pick up catering for as few as 10 people, to large events with delivery and full buffet style service.
Chef's Suggested Dining Experience
Small Feast - 1/2 Rack Ribs, 4 pieces of Chicken, 1 pound of (brisket or pulled pork), 3 large sides (choose from coleslaw, baked beans, macaroni salad, french fries, and mac & cheese), 4 pieces of cornbread
Medium Feast - 1/2 Rack of Ribs, 6 pieces of chicken, 1 1/2 pounds of (brisket or pulled pork), 4 large sides (choose from coleslaw, baked beans, macaroni salad, french fries, and mac & cheese), 6 pieces of cornbread
Large Feast - Full Rack of Ribs, 8 pieces of chicken, 2 pounds of (brisket or pulled pork), 6 large sides (choose from coleslaw, baked beans, macaroni salad, french fries, and mac & cheese), 8 pieces of cornbread

Our custom event catering services are perfect for: Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Parties, Weddings and any other large gathering.
Our meat choices include: Beef Brisket, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, and Hot Links.
Our side dish choices include: Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Green Salad, Fruit Salad, Potato Salad, Macaroni and Cheese, cornbread, and Garlic Bread.
